Delete Your Rawdah Account
You can delete your Rawdah account directly from within the app or by contacting us. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Rawdah app on your device.
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
- Scroll down and tap "Settings".
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to:
What Data Gets Deleted
- Your account credentials (email, authentication tokens)
- Prayer history and streak data synced to the cloud
- Community room memberships and contributions
- Saved preferences and cloud settings
- Any uploaded content associated with your account
Note: Data stored locally on your device (prayer records, Quran bookmarks, settings) will remain until you uninstall the app or clear app data from your device settings.
